Stephen Short has a diverse background in sales and management, spanning multiple industries. Beginning as an Account Manager at SPX FLOW, Inc. from September 2002 to July 2006, Stephen later became a Franchisee at Coffee Republic Glasgow Silverburn from December 2007 to April 2010. Between 2011 and 2018, Stephen worked in cause-related marketing at ExoSocial, followed by a mentorship role with the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme until November 2015. Stephen transitioned to sales management, first as Area Sales Manager for Ireland at Finder plc from July 2021 to March 2025, and is currently the Area Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland, and NWE at Deep Sea Electronics Ltd since August 2025. Previous experience also includes a sales position at Team Air Power from October 2018 to July 2021.
