Tom Masterson is the Chief Operating Officer at Deep Genomics, responsible for executive functions and internal governance as the company utilizes artificial intelligence for the development of genetic medicines. They previously co-founded and served as CEO of Support by Blue, and held senior leadership roles at Microbiome Insights Inc. and Ondine Biomedical Inc. Tom has also contributed as a Managing Director at One Western Capital and a Senior Strategist at Idea Couture Inc. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Genetics from The University of British Columbia.
