Morgan Murphy is an experienced site supervisor with a proven track record in construction and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Supervisor at DECMIL since October 2024, Morgan previously held similar roles at BMD Group and DECMIL, with responsibilities including the supervision of large crews, coordination of machinery and subcontractors, and facilitation of safety meetings. Prior experience includes supervisory positions at Martinus and various structural projects on the Sunshine Coast, along with a background as a Machine Operator at CPB Contractors. With over a decade of experience, Morgan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and operational excellence in high-pressure environments.
