Karen Quintana possesses extensive experience in internal auditing and financial management. Currently serving as the Internal Audit and Global SOX PMO Manager at Deckers Brands since March 2020, Karen has held several roles within the company, including Senior Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor. Prior to this, Karen worked as an Internal Auditor and Financial Analyst at UC Santa Barbara from September 2017 to March 2020. Earlier experiences include a position as Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley from February 2015 to August 2017 and as a Patient Financial Counselor at Cottage Health from May 2013 to February 2015. Karen holds an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Antioch University Santa Barbara, and an Associate of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from American River College.
