Sarah Culver Roode is the Director of Safety at Invetx, a position they have held since 2025. With a strong background in veterinary science, Sarah previously served as a Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist in Target Animal Safety and Toxicology at Zoetis, where they developed strategies for assessing the safety and efficacy of veterinary pharmaceuticals. They also gained clinical experience as a Veterinary Assistant at Russell Veterinary Hospital from 2004 to 2009 and as a Post-doctoral Scholar in Veterinary Clinical Pathology at North Carolina State University. Sarah holds a DVM degree from North Carolina State University and a Ph.D. in Comparative Biomedical Science.
