Alexander Leung is an accomplished industrial designer currently working at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited since April 2023, focusing on advanced design. With a strong background in aerospace engineering, Alexander has been an instructor with the Air Cadet League of Canada’s Ontario Provincial Committee since February 2018, where responsibilities include supervision and teaching of cadets during training sessions and activities. Previous experience includes leadership roles in Ryerson Aero Design from September 2016 to June 2019, where Alexander contributed significantly to wing design and manufacturing for aircraft in the SAE Aero Design Competition using CATIA, XFLR5, and MATLAB. Alexander also has foundational experience from a co-op position in the accounting department at the Toronto Construction Association during a Grade 11 placement. Alexander holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Ryerson University.
