David Kelly has extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DCS Contracting, INC. since November 2013. David has also held the titles of Project Manager and Project Engineer at the same company. In addition to a successful career in construction, David has been a Sergeant First Class in the Arizona Army National Guard since May 2009, specializing in infantry. David holds a degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, acquired between 2012 and 2015.
