Nadeem Malik serves as the Legal & Compliance Director at DCC plc since October 2025, where responsibility includes leading the legal and regulatory strategy for a portfolio of energy businesses within a FTSE 100 group, providing board-level advisory to executive leadership on business strategy and risk management. Prior to this role, Nadeem held various legal positions, including Legal Director and Head of Legal and Compliance at Flogas Britain from August 2018 to October 2025, and Senior Legal Counsel at The Money Shop UK from September 2013 to August 2018, where Nadeem specialized in commercial, litigation, and regulatory matters. Additional experience includes roles at Bond Adams LLP, Kinneally Miley Law, and R. Sabdia & Associates, complemented by formal education that includes an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and law degrees from QUT.
