Paula Céspedes Valero is a seasoned Head of People with over 10 years of experience in various human resources roles. They served as the Human Resources Director at EVO Payments, Inc. from 2017 to 2023, where they defined and implemented people strategies and corporate culture across Europe. Additionally, Paula led talent acquisition efforts at CENTUM Solutions and worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters. They obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and have furthered their education with training in Agile and Design Thinking for HR Teams. Currently, Paula holds the position of Head of People & Culture at DAZN.
