Dorothy Wierzbicka is a seasoned community and property manager with extensive experience in overseeing daily operations of large rental properties. At DayRise Residential, LLC since May 2019, Dorothy has managed a 642-unit suburban property, successfully converting it into a high-performing asset. Prior to this role, Dorothy served as a property manager at Marquette Management, where oversight included operations for 662 units across two properties. Previous positions also include managing property transitions at TLC Management Co for a 380-unit property, and extensive management experience at Group Fox Management, supervising operations for both a 790-unit property and a 600-unit urban portfolio. Earlier in their career, Dorothy managed unit prep and housekeeping processes for 12 Oaks Management.
