Marla Judge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bid and proposal management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Proposals at Dayforce since October 2023. Prior to this role, Marla spent over eight years at Westpac Institutional Bank, where responsibilities included leading the Pursuit and Bid Management team as Head of Pursuit Management and supporting the national sales team as a Senior Associate. Marla began at Westpac in various capacities within the Bid Management team, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate. Earlier career roles included positions as an Outbound Collections Associate at ANZ and a Client Management Associate at Goodman Private Wealth Management. Marla holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Biotechnology from The University of Lethbridge and a High School Diploma from Bishop Grandin High School in Calgary.
