Kathy Liu is a CPA and CA CPA with extensive experience in U.S. taxation and compliance. Currently serving as SVP, Tax at Dawson Partners, Kathy has over three years of focused expertise in tax issue research, U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, and general accounting. Kathy previously held senior roles at KPMG Canada and served as Tax Director at Whitehorse Liquidity Partners. Kathy earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, achieving a GPA of 3.97.
