Chris Wittels is a Senior In-House Counsel with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance. Chris previously served as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, advising clients across various industries, and has held roles at McDermott Will & Emery and Ocean Tomo, where they focused on corporate transactions and intellectual property investments. Chris also co-managed the University of Denver’s undergraduate endowment fund and was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, teaching legal writing and research to LLM students. Chris holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law and dual degrees in Finance and Music from the University of Denver.
