Andrew Maxim has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance, operations management, and strategic initiatives across various organizations. Prior roles include Account Operations Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Tester at ServiceTick Ltd from October 2012 to June 2021, as well as Scrum Master and QA Tester at Tribal Group from May 2008 to April 2012. Andrew's career began as a Software Tester at RBS from September 2003 to August 2007, following a QA Tester position at STL Technologies Limited. Educationally, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Sunderland from 1999 to 2003.
