Fredrik Djupmarker has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as VD at ¶Ù²¹³Ù²¹±¹Ã¤³æ³Ù AB since 2010, where responsibilities include strategy development and goal realization with the management team. Previous experience includes serving as Avdelningschef, where focus was placed on internal organization and efficiency improvements, leading to increased capacity and business expansion. Prior to ¶Ù²¹³Ù²¹±¹Ã¤³æ³Ù AB, Fredrik held roles at Rotage AB, progressing from Skiftledare, overseeing night shifts and a laser cutting machine, to Produktionsledare, where responsibilities included machine management and process optimization. Fredrik is actively enhancing leadership skills through various educational programs at Västsvenska Handelskammaren and Alliator.
