With extensive experience in optimizing engineering and product teams, Clare has previously held leadership roles at Oscar Health, where they managed significant budgets and built a high-performing team. As a junior board member at Harlem Academy and a sought-after speaker and advisor, Clare actively shares insights on product operations and organizational design. Clare holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
