Paul Hollis is currently the Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Databricks, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the SVP and Head of FP&A and Procurement at Atlassian from 2020 to 2025 and held multiple roles, including Senior Director of Finance & Strategy at Salesforce between 2017 and 2019. Their earlier career included positions as Senior Accountant at Perks Integrated Business Services and in transaction services at PwC. Paul earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Adelaide University and became a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
