Mor Wetzler currently leads the Legal Compliance and Ethics team at Databricks. Previously, Mor spent eight years at Amazon, where they oversaw the global Business Conduct and Ethics program for Amazon Web Services and led anti-corruption initiatives. Mor has extensive experience in white-collar investigations and compliance matters from their time in private practice, including a secondment at Goldman Sachs. With a strong background in legal education, Mor served as Chancellor of the Moot Court Board at Cornell Law School and has been actively involved in pro bono and diversity efforts throughout their career. Mor holds a B.A. from the University at Buffalo and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
