Kirsten Brickley is currently the Global Head of Sales Development Enablement at Databricks, where they lead the design and delivery of onboarding and enablement programs for over 295 sales representatives worldwide. With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kirsten has demonstrated a strong proficiency in sales enablement and has received multiple awards for outstanding performance during their tenure at Databricks. Previously, Kirsten completed a financial advising internship at Brickley Wealth Management, where they supported sales opportunities and managed client communications. They also contributed to philanthropy and recruitment efforts as a member of the Gamma Xi Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
