Daniel Spitzer is a compliance and ethics leader with extensive experience in legal roles, including positions at Databricks, where they currently serve as Director & Assistant General Counsel for Legal Compliance & Ethics. Previously, Spitzer held various legal director roles at PepsiCo and served as Managing Legal Director of Compliance at Databricks. They began their career at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, working as an attorney from 2009 to 2017, and gained early experience at the University of Pennsylvania Law School as a legal writing instructor and research assistant. Spitzer earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College.
