Carol Brown is currently the NZ Country Manager at Databricks, where they are dedicated to empowering New Zealand teams. Previously, they served as Enterprise Director at Microsoft New Zealand, leading various initiatives including D&I programs and the Surface Consumer business. With a strong emphasis on coaching and inclusive cultures, Carol has also contributed as a mentor at Mentor Walks and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Additionally, they have held leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Samsung Electronics, while serving on the board of NZTech.
