At Zayo Group, Jenny held multiple senior director roles, focusing on energy and environmental management, corporate social responsibility, and corporate M&A, significantly enhancing sustainability practices across the organization. Jenny's early career included roles as an ecologist, researcher, and coach, supported by an MBA in Finance and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Ecological and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
