Manish Kumar is a seasoned executive in the CAD industry, currently serving as the CEO of SOLIDWORKS and Vice President of R&D at Dassault Systèmes since June 2018. With a career that began at Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation in December 1999, Manish has progressed through various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Product Development and Director of Concept Development, where leadership was exemplified by overseeing teams responsible for pioneering new technologies and ensuring product alignment with market needs. Prior experience includes a role at GeometricPLM as a Software Engineer. Manish holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Technology from Harvard University and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
