Aya Lee is currently a Projektleder in Kommunikation og Engagement at the Institut for Menneskerettigheder, where they focus on promoting human rights. Previously, Aya worked as a Project Manager at RAPOLITICS from 2016 to 2019, empowering youth through urban artistic expressions and democratic awareness. Prior to that, they served as Programme Manager at the Center for Kultur og Udvikling from 2012 to 2016, managing the Images Youth programme that bridged cultural exchanges between Danish youth and artists from various regions. Aya holds a Diploma of Leadership in Arts and Culture Institutions from University College Sjælland and multiple Master's degrees in Psychology and Cultural Encounters from Roskilde Universitetscenter and Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza'.
