Sandro Terzic is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at PAX since February 2025, focusing on doubling the company's size in the FMCG segment by 2030 through product innovation, market expansion, and profitability improvement. Prior to PAX, Sandro held multiple leadership positions at Danfoss, including Corporate Head of Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization Office, where responsibility included developing strategies to achieve carbon neutrality in over 100 factories by 2030. Sandro's experience encompasses P&L management, strategy execution for significant product lines, and leading global product teams. Educational credentials include an Executive Education program from INSEAD and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana.
