Eva's past positions include Avdelningschef at Östermalms stadsdelsförvaltning, where they managed municipal preschools and park plays, and in Gävle kommun, where they oversaw the southern school area. They hold multiple degrees from Uppsala University in pedagogy and educational leadership.
