Shane Gibson, MASc, is a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager at D2L and a passionate management professional dedicated to enhancing organizational behavior and employee development. Currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, Shane focuses on courses related to Organizational Psychology and Health and Safety.
