Bo Chen possesses extensive experience in commodity and program management within the automotive and aerospace industries. At Dana Incorporated, Bo Chen held multiple roles from September 2011 to October 2012, including Asia Pacific Commodity Manager and Director of Purchasing and Program Management for Northern Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Bo Chen was with ZF Group from 2005 to 2011 as Head of Supplier Management in Purchasing and worked as a System Engineer at Aerospace Electronic System Engineering Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2003. Bo Chen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Hong Kong.
