Kim Ladefoged is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and engineering. Currently serving as the International Bid Manager at Dalux since October 2022, Kim previously held various roles at ISS A/S from February 2015 to October 2022, ranging from Account Manager Key Account to Facility Manager, with a focus on contract management and leadership for clients such as Grundfos A/S and Siemens Gamesa. Additionally, Kim founded Mion Technology and developed the CUPROXALâ„¢ product, specializing in antimicrobial technology, while also gaining experience in business development and project management at Welkin ApS and Creabox ApS.
