Kirti Gautam began their career in 2018 as a Taxation Executive for Advocate Ishwar Sharma. Later that year, they joined INSIGHT COLLABORATIVE LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED as an Accountant. In 2021, they joined Daloopa as a Senior Analyst and was later promoted to Analyst II.

Kirti Gautam has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance (2015-2018) from Ramanujan College and a M. Com (2018-2021) from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
