Heather Watts is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Recruiter at Cyient since November 2021, specializing in full cycle recruiting for engineering and administrative roles within the Pratt and Whitney Division. Previously, as President and Co-Founder of Aisling Client Services, Heather developed and marketed the Crelate Applicant Tracking System. Heather has also held roles such as RN Case Management Recruiter at The Clinical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Consultant at Stigall & Associates, and a consultant for a temporary contract focusing on engineering recruitment for OneWeb Satellites. With a background as a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Traffic Management Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Warner University and an Associate of Science in Massage Therapy from Keiser College.
