Mark Hale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, data analytics, and business intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Cyber Defense Advisors since November 2024, Mark also holds the position of Director of Data and Analytics at Ascyndent since November 2021. Prior roles include Customer Intelligence Analyst Manager at BBVA, where responsibilities encompassed managing campaign reporting and fulfillment teams and overseeing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as positions at Apex Systems and Direct Energy focusing on business intelligence and data management. Mark began his career as a Business Intelligence Business Analyst at ICC and worked as a Student Systems Admin for the Blackboard LMS at the University of Cincinnati. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
