Zillul (Jilu) Mia MBA, RPh is currently the Director of Corporate Acquisitions at CVS Health, a role they have held since 2017, where they have successfully negotiated major acquisitions and improved pharmacy retention rates. Previously, Zillul managed over 20 pharmacy locations as a Pharmacy Supervisor and contributed to various strategic initiatives within the organization, including medication adherence programs. Zillul holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Davenport University and has completed several executive education programs at MIT Sloan, including certifications in Design Thinking and Negotiation. They are also pursuing a Pharmacy Administration Residency at the Detroit Medical Center.
