Ross Crawford is the Lead Director of Digital Workplace at CVS Health, where they serve as the Chief of Staff for the Colleague Technology Services department overseeing over 1,000 colleagues. With a strong background in Information Technology and management, they have previously held roles such as Manager of Enterprise IT Operations and Senior Manager of End User Support Services, among others. Ross is known for their solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead teams effectively to achieve organizational goals. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Rhode Island College, complementing their Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Rhode Island.
