Craig Jones is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic analysis and insights across various organizations. Currently, they serve as the Director of PBM Strategy and Innovation at CVS Health, where they lead innovative solution designs and drive significant savings through analytics and technology upgrades. Previously, Craig held the role of Senior Manager at CVS Health and worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, developing skills in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
