Helen Taylor has over a decade of experience in customs and compliance, beginning as a Customs & Compliance Sales Executive and Marine Insurance & Claims Manager at SDV from 2010 to 2012. Helen then served as a Customs and Compliance Analyst at Britannia Bureau Ltd from August 2012 until March 2025. Currently, Helen holds the position of Senior Projects and Implementation Advisor at Customs Support Group since March 2025. Helen earned a 1st Class BA Hons in English and French from the University of Liverpool between 2000 and 2004, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2011.
