Ravin Soni is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Curative since October 2023, after holding the same title at Elation Health from July 2021 to September 2023. Prior to these roles, Ravin spent over a decade at Cornerstone OnDemand, where contributions included writing the initial code for the Cornerstone Recruiting business, scaling the Cornerstone Performance business to $100M in ARR, and leading a team of 80 engineers. Notable achievements at Cornerstone include transitioning to an API-first, microservices architecture, implementing Test Driven Development, and moving to CI/CD practices. Earlier experience includes pivotal roles at ibeatyou.com and Lender Processing Services, where significant software engineering accomplishments were achieved. Ravin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
