Shon Wright is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering industries, currently holding the position of Vice President at Cummins Inc. and President of Cummins Engine Components, overseeing a business with a revenue exceeding $2 billion and a workforce of 7,000 across 15 manufacturing sites. Previously, Shon served as Vice President and President of Cummins Turbo Technologies, managing a $1.6 billion business, as well as in various leadership roles within Cummins, including Executive Director and General Manager of the Americas and Director roles in Mobile Generators and Global Parts. Shon also has board experience as an Independent Board Director for Ingevity and served on several boards including Nuss Truck Group Inc. and RADIA. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
