John Gaidoo serves as Vice President - Senior Deputy General Counsel at Cummins Inc., responsible for leading the Global Labor & Employment legal team and reporting to the General Counsel. With a career at Cummins beginning in May 2011, John has held various roles including Vice President - Deputy General Counsel for Global Employment and Labor Relations, and Executive Director of Human Resources for Cummins Emission Solutions Business. Prior to Cummins, John worked as an Attorney at Baker & Daniels and as an Engineering Technician at EG&G Technical Services. John began military service as an Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps. John obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and also attended Indiana University Bloomington.
