Steven Rutland, NCARB-AIA, serves as Vice President of Project Management at Cumming Corporation since January 2021, with extensive experience in the design and construction industry spanning over 25 years. Previously, Steven held the position of Vice President at CAPEX Project Management and was involved as a Senior Project Manager at the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, where Steven managed the Envision Cayce community master plan. Steven's role as Vice President of Program Management at American Health Facilities Development LLC focused on healthcare construction, and prior to that, Steven was a Project Architect at Earl Swensson Associates, specializing in healthcare and hospitality.
