They previously held key roles at Sumo Logic, where Dalton played a significant part in the company's growth and success, earning multiple awards for sales excellence. A passionate community builder and founder of Hatchet Ventures, Dalton is dedicated to supporting underrepresented founders in the startup ecosystem. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University.
