Sharleen McDonall currently serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems, focusing on the Next Generation Ticketing Solution and Intelligent Congestion Management Program since November 2018. With a long tenure at Cubic starting in February 2012, Sharleen also held the role of Incident Problem Manager and led the Service Desk Team, overseeing daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service and effective management of machine and infrastructure issues. Prior experience includes working at AAPT from February 2008 to June 2011 as a Team Manager, where Sharleen developed a team of customer service representatives and was responsible for delivering proactive resolutions and meeting performance indicators. Sharleen completed education at Asquith Girls High School from 2000 to 2004.
