Rachel Cascaddan has extensive experience in data analysis and management within the plasma donation and healthcare sectors. From January 2016 to May 2019, Rachel worked at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. as a SQL Data Analyst and later transitioned to a Senior Automated Systems Analyst role, focusing on donor management systems. Prior to that, experiences included roles at Cangene Corporation as a Plasma Operations Technology Consultant and Data Manager for donor systems, as well as earlier positions as a dental intern and technician. In September 2023, Rachel assumed the position of Senior Business Analyst at CSL Plasma, leading an integration team. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida, along with numerous certifications in SQL, Excel, and other IT-related areas.
