Gordon Johnston is a highly versatile talent acquisition solution provider, currently serving as the Director APAC, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers & Enabling Functions at CSL since 2024. With over 25 years of industry experience, they have managed large teams across diverse organizations, including roles as National Recruitment Lead at Telstra and Recruitment Operations Director at HSBC in Hong Kong and Singapore. Previously, Gordon also held leadership positions at Qantas, Bupa, and Transport for NSW, where they oversaw significant recruitment efforts and strategic initiatives. Gordon began their career at SThree, progressing rapidly to establish new divisions, and is pursuing further education at Brunel University London.
