Gill McAdam is a seasoned quality leader currently serving as the COS Global Quality Lead at CSL since 2025. Prior to this role, they held various senior quality positions at CSL Behring AG, including Senior Director and Site Head from 2022 to 2025, and Senior Director and Site Head of QA from 2018 to 2022. Gill’s extensive experience includes roles at Novartis Vaccines and GSK, where they developed their expertise in quality systems and laboratory management. They earned a degree in Chemistry from the University of Central Lancashire between 1987 and 1991.
