Chris Alma is currently the Director of External Innovation in Biopharmaceutical Product Development at CSL Limited, where they lead global innovation efforts focused on Cell & Gene therapy and RNA platforms. With over 16 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, Chris has held various roles, including Senior Research Project Manager at CSL and Scientific Affairs Associate at Calimmune, Inc. Chris also gained significant experience at EnGeneIC and MD Anderson Cancer Center, working on projects that advanced drug delivery and cancer treatment. They hold a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master's degree in Cancer Genetics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
