Lalit Mohan Pandey is a skilled engineer with significant experience in research and development. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at C&S Electric Ltd. since December 2019, Lalit specializes in low voltage switchgear, focusing on the design of MCBs, high ratings MCBs, and RCBOs utilizing software such as PTC Creo, UGNX, and AutoCAD. Prior to this role, Lalit worked at Indo Autotech Limited from January 2017 to November 2018 as a Design and Development Engineer, where component development was carried out for notable companies including JCB India Limited, Claas India, and Knorr Bremse. Lalit is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Technologies and Engineering-Related Fields from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and holds another Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Uttarakhand Technical University.
