Nilusha Jayarathne has extensive experience in the fabric technology sector, having worked as a Fabric Technologist for Barandix from November 2010 to November 2015 and as a Development Fabric Technologist at MAS Intimates for a brief period in 2016. Currently, Nilusha serves as the Assistant Manager in the Fabric Technology Department at Crystal International since December 2016. Educationally, Nilusha holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, is progressing toward completion in 2023, and has completed a Diploma in Clothing Manufacturing and Management from Brandix College of Clothing Technology, along with a qualification in Fabric Technology from the MAS Institute of Management & Technology. Prior education includes Advanced Level qualifications from St. Joseph’s Convent, Kegalle.
