Sherman Wong is the VP and Group Corporate Counsel at Crypto.com, bringing extensive experience as a corporate lawyer with a focus on M&As, IPOs, investments, reorganizations, and commercial contracts. Previously, Sherman served as a Senior Associate at SF Lawyers and Stephenson Harwood LLP, and began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Clyde & Co. With a keen interest in ESG and impact investing, Sherman is dedicated to utilizing innovation and technology to drive positive change. Sherman earned a PCLL in Law from The University of Hong Kong and a LLB in Law from the University of Warwick.
