Andrew also worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at TAG, focusing on enhancing financial services for small businesses, and held multiple roles at Experis, achieving rapid promotions and driving significant international sales. Early career efforts included serving as a Program Analyst at Nan McKay and Associates, managing critical reporting for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, while developing staff and ensuring data integrity. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
